At The Protein Boost, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased directly from www.theproteinboost.com.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Because The Protein Boost is a consumable product, we reserve the right to deny returns for products that have been substantially used, damaged after delivery, or returned in unsellable condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Products that have been substantially consumed or used
• Products returned without proof of purchase
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
• Gift cards (if offered)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
