This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscription purchases made through www.theproteinboost.com.

Subscription Management

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at daniel@hempwolf.com.

Available subscription management options may include:

• Skipping a scheduled delivery
• Updating your shipping address
• Updating your payment method
• Changing your delivery frequency (where available)
• Canceling your subscription

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

If your subscription is canceled before your next renewal is processed, you will not be charged for future shipments.

If your subscription renewal has already been processed or your order has already entered fulfillment, that order cannot be canceled and will be shipped as scheduled. Any future recurring orders will be canceled after that shipment.

Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase. If pricing changes in the future, any changes will be communicated before they take effect on future subscription renewals.

Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.
